this wall-hung showcase is made of pear. the back panel and bottom
shelf are mendocino cypress. the bottom shelf is there so that the items displayed
on the bottom are raised above the bottom rail of the door. two glass shelves.

gently narrows toward the top, providing a solid foundation. sliding
dovetails secure the shelves, creating a very light, stable, and strong piece.
